**Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Mensa Brands (My Fitness B2B Sales)**
**Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad**
**Experience: 8-15 years in the specified locations**

As we expand our footprint, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales Strategy and Planning:**
   - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
   - Formulate regional sales plans to penetrate the market and maximize business opportunities.
2. **Business Development:**
   - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned region.
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. **Team Leadership:**
   - Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
   - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
4. **Market Analysis:**
   - Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
   - Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and stay ahead in a competitive environment.
5. **Budget Management:**
   - Manage and monitor the sales budget for the assigned region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
6. **Reporting and Analysis:**
   - Prepare and present periodic sales reports to the senior management team.
   - Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record with 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fitness or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the Bangalore, Chennai, and Ahmedabad markets.
