As the Marketing Manager, you will be focused on the planning, execution and reporting of various external and internal communications campaigns and projects. You will be responsible for a variety of duties, from thought leadership, branding and content development to support for events, social media and communications. You will benefit from close collaboration with eClinical Solutions’ brand, events, and digital marketing teams, as well as a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your day to day:  

• Develop and distribute messaging for eClinical thought leadership, industry relationships, and the company’s employer brand 
• Support brand identity and messaging consistency across events/PR, industry relationships and other external communications
• Support planning and execution of key internal company events
• Aggregate ongoing results and wrap-up metrics to review marketing engagement and success
• Assist HR with employer brand strategy and communications

Qualifications:   

• MBA - Marketing preferred 
• Microsoft 365 familiarity is required 
• 5-7+ years of work experience preferred 
• Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/life sciences preferred
• Content and Communication – Highly proficient in writing (short-form/long-form) with strong attention to detail and quality; strong professional communication skills via phone, online and in person
• Events – Experience in events (conferences, tradeshows, panels) 
• Stakeholder management – Confident engaging with colleagues, partners, and vendors, while managing the expectations of all audiences; good listening skills  
• Visual Identity – Eye for design consistency across marketing; familiarity creating graphics and using Adobe Creative Cloud preferred 
• Social media – Experience planning, writing, or publishing content for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter, preferred
• “A Doer” – Proactive and collaborative approach to work 
• Organized – Effective at planning, taking notes and communicating important details to colleagues
