OVERVIEW
The Corporate Recruiter will work with VP Operations, India and HR team to ensure, we are sourcing and hiring top talent to fill key roles supporting the growth of eClinical solutions.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ownership of fulfilling existing and future eCS hiring requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to outline their needs.
- Assist with the calculation of staffing metrics.
- Source passive and active candidates through job Portals like LinkedIn and Naukri
- Maintain postings for open positions.
- Coordinate the interview process.
- Update and maintain candidate tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies.
- Assist with other functions as directed.
Education & Experience
- MBA with focus in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Professional Skills
- 3+ years of recruitment experience is a must.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality for dealing with issues of a sensitive nature.
- Client and vendor relationship building experience.
Technical Skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite
