As a Sales Development Representative (outbound), you will be reporting directly to the Business Development Head/Co-Founder of PayrollHero. Your typical day would be structured around consistent tasks like building a highly targeted prospect list, mapping and discovery calls, and anything related to proactive business development. This role requires a highly organized person who has good communication skills. This role is based on the Predictable Revenue book by Aaron Ross, and is based around the ColdCalling 2.0 process. Your primary goal is to generate very high quality leads for the Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Building potential client lists
Reaching out to those contacts to learn about their business needs and get referrals to the right contacts
Working with those contacts to discover if we can solve their needs (ie qualify those companies)
Pass those qualified leads to Account Executives
Following up with inactive or cold accounts
