Job Description
PayrollHero is looking for a Business Development Manager to join us and help us grow our sales team! You will lead our sales organization and rapidly expand it. The role will require you to balance strategy with a strong roll-up your sleeves, 'get it done' mentality. You will need to have a strong understanding of PayrollHero's business and strategic goals, understand the global technology ecosystem, specifically emerging markets. Your focus will be on medium to large businesses in the restaurant, retail and BPO sectors.
Key Responsibilities
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
Expand our sales team
Develop, support, and execute go-to-market plans that include demand generation, influenced and referral revenue.
Define, create, and edit collateral and identify/execute joint marketing opportunities; including webinars, field marketing, customer case studies and partner app profiles.
Develop and manage relationships with small and medium sized customers
Manage sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Present the value of our solutions to the customers' individual needs
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
Travel occasionally
To be an effective team member, you will:
Have 5+ years of experience managing complex sales-cycles, enterprise sales teams
Be experienced with software sales and account management, specifically SaaS sales
Understand SaaS industry concepts such as MRR, ACV, Churn, etc.
Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Have prospecting experience, as we do high volume outreach
