Metric Insights delivers the news in your data, allowing users to focus immediately on the critical business issues that warrant their attention, and take action. Customers have applied Metric Insights to numerous use-cases such as mitigating fraud, reducing churn, increasing budget accuracy, and finding costly disparities in data. Their customers include Adobe, Comcast, Tesla, Barnes & Noble, Zoes Kitchen, GREE, General Assembly, PluralSight, and others.
The Metric Insights Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for working closely with our sales & marketing teams to find and develop new and qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Researching & qualifying inbound leads
Prospect into new clients via cold calling, email marketing and internet research
Research targeted accounts for sales to identify key contacts, projects and opportunities
Giving high level solution overview presentations online
Scheduling meetings between prospects and Metric Insights sales people
Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/engagement
Supporting marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns
Engaging with prospects via chat on the web site
Qualifications
The Metric Insights Sales Development Representative (SDR) should possess the following skills:
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency with internet tools and research
Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce.com)
Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
Energy and desire to make numerous phone calls daily
Ability to present Metric Insights message
Ability to perform high level demonstrations of the Metric Insights solution
‘Hunter’ mentality to seek out new business
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone
Preferred knowledge of the business intelligence & big data industry
