Job Description

Education and Experience:

Graduate
1-3 years of experience required in financial services preferably NBFCs/Banks. Experience in Collections and Recovery is essential.

Responsibilities:

To ensure maximum Collections and Recoveries. All Customers to be followed up and visited for Collections. Monthly Resolution and Reversal Targets are met and providing timely feedback and update to Collections Manager to track productivity and account-wise feedback and thereafter necessary action to be taken.
