What you will do

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms eg LinkedIn, and professional networks.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Support the maintenance of our applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate profiles, status changes, and interview feedback.

Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms.

Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs or campus recruiting activities, to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers in different teams (Growth, Procurement, Tech)
Who you are
-
You are a business student enrolled at a University and/or you are a fresh business graduate
-
You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition
-
You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. German skills are a "nice to have"

You are highly organized with strong attention to detail

You have a proactive and positive attitude

You have previous experience in fast paced or highly competitive environments
