Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance user experience behavior and drive sales growth through e-commerce platforms.
•Manage and optimize the performance of platform channels, including Live Shopping.
• Analyze data and metrics to understand customer behavior, product trends, and e-commerce strategy insights.
•Collaborate with internal teams, such as the marketing team, ads team, and catalog team, to boost e-commerce sales and visibility.
• Monitor the performance of e-commerce Live Shopping.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
• Experience managing Shopee or TikTok channels is a plus.
• Experience managing e-commerce categories such as Health & Beauty, Moms & Kids, or Vitamins & Supplements is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics and e-commerce tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
