American Endovascular is seeking a Full Time X-Ray Tech Manager to oversees the operations of radiologic technologists and ensures the smooth functioning of the radiology department. Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Hiring, training, and supervising radiologic technologists.

  • Scheduling: Setting staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

  • Equipment Oversight: Managing and maintaining radiology equipment, including conducting quality assurance tests.

  • Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing departmental policies and procedures.

  • Patient Care: Assisting with imaging procedures when necessary and ensuring optimal patient care.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with medical and administrative staff to meet organizational goals.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: An associate's or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or a related field.

  • Certification: Certification from a recognized body like the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

  • Experience: Several years of experience as a radiologic technologist, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
