Job Description

Market Operations Associate 

The Market Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the market teams through continual process improvement and a focus on scalability, and execution. This position reports to the Market Operations Manager. 

Essential Functions

  • Support all Market General Manager by successfully navigating a matrixed environment to address operational issues and answer related questions
  • Structures complex ambiguous problems and translates market needs to corporate teams 
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to establish the clinical and operations teams as trusted partners
  • Works’ cross-functionally to help design and implement new standard operational processes and process improvements into the Market, adapting to market-specific factors
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Acts as a resource person to administrative team, department managers, and clinical staff.
  • Organizes Operations team confluence page and keep the Care Model Operations manual up to date (one stop shop to for all standard workflows, documentation job aids, and reports)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications  

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business operations, operations, and/or with a high-growth healthcare organization   

 
Preferred Qualifications  

  •  Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; desire to be a self-starter
  • Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (Clinical, Technology, Business, Operations)
  • Resourceful and willing to participate in functions to bring processes to end state 
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence change. 
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
