Job Description

Manager, Enterprise Program Innovation

This role will report to Head of Enterprise Program Innovation and will oversee the strategic program development of high priority, cross-functional organizational initiatives. Responsible for planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance and evaluation of new and existing programs and capabilities related to designated strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing short term and long-term strategies and the creation and maintenance of strategic roadmaps and project plans to develop the Strive Clinical Product. Potential program focus areas include clinical programs, patient engagement, dialysis, and more.

 

This role requires an organized self-starter who will drive innovation and teams with little to no guidance. This person will be responsible for managing several high-priority projects at once, ensuring they are completed to contractual and organizational needs within an established timeframe and within budget. This leader may be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff. Additionally, the role will require an understanding of Strive’s clinical model, technological capabilities and strategic vision to successfully help take projects from an idea to completion. Successful candidates must be comfortable working cross-functionally with Strive corporate SMEs in the areas of technology, clinical, and operations. S/he should be excited to join an early-stage organization and should thrive in a fast-paced environment, encountering unique opportunities along the way.

Essential Functions

  • Work directly with cross-functional SMEs and leadership to design, deliver, and report on key strategic initiatives, which may include new clinical program development, technology initiatives, care delivery innovations and more.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external resources to manage projects from start to completion and maintenance.
  • Develop detailed roadmaps, project plans and playbooks for successful implementations
  • Provide expertise & training on best practices regarding project and operations as necessary
  • Conduct research to determine project scope and planning
  • Manage full-cycle project management for strategic initiatives
  • May be required to work independently or as part of matrixed team

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum [5-7] years of experience in healthcare management, value-based care preferred
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects in a healthcare setting
  • Experience using Agile project management
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed and navigate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in value-based care, clinical operations, strategy

Salary Range: $93,000.00 - $104,000.00

Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits.  An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
