About the Role
 
As our Partnerships Manager, you are building strategic relationships with both businesses and community organizations to drive new user growth and the lifetime value of our customers. Partnerships are a key driver as we expand into new markets in 2021 and you will be a cornerstone of the growth team. You will manage all aspects of strategic partnerships including building and prioritizing a partnership pipeline, structuring and negotiating new projects from development to launch, and ongoing partnership management. You will grow these partnerships, meeting key business metrics via various partner programs, marketing, and new integrations. You should have a passion for driving significant impact, can understand a variety of partnerships and value propositions, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

    • Identify, evaluate, & analyze our partnerships pipeline to prioritize key business opportunities. You are building out this function and will be critical as we develop a wider footprint. 
    • Uplevel our community programs (e.g. school fundraising, producer affiliates) which serve as a great source of customer acquisition but need to be able to scale. 
    • Manage and optimize current partnerships to ensure that all business opportunities within current partners are maximized
    • Collaborate on our business model strategy and prioritization of key company initiatives. 
    • Lead projects from concept to launch and build the support strategy for each program. 

Qualifications

    • 4+ years strategic business and/or partnerships experience, preferably with a successful track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projects
    • Strategic thinker and biased towards action
    • Able to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals
    • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels and across industries. 
    • College degree preferred
