As part of the Tealium Product team, you will build an ecosystem of products that power customer data infrastructure and insights for some of the world’s biggest brands. This particular role is an opportunity to define and bring to market an expanded set of analytics and reporting capabilities, introduce new functionality to the CDP market, and have a transformative effect on how brands get closer to their customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT TEALIUM:

    • Shape and execute a vision for how brands can better visualize to understand, and improve the relationship with their visitors.
    • Be a visible Subject Matter Expert on relevant topics including live and historical dashboards, in-report user actions, and integrations with third-party reporting tools.
    • Drive the vision, requirements and execution for a next-gen orchestration capability based on data.
    • Own the strategy, product roadmap, and end-to-end success of your products
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, and product marketing) to understand the industry, competitor trends, and market dynamics
    • Build a healthy dose of customer empathy and get into the minds and hearts of our customers
    • Work closely with research and design to validate hypotheses and create loveable product experiences that solve our customer’s biggest problems
    • Leverage data to inform your strategic and tactical product decisions
    • Partner with engineering leaders and scrum teams to build world-class, innovative technology and continuously ship value in an agile CI/CD environment
    • Provide ruthless prioritization and focus for engineering teams to deliver customer value
    • Work with internal partners to drive product adoption by contributing to go-to-market strategies, enablement activities, webinars, product demos, documentation, and more

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:

    • 5+ years as a Product Manager building SaaS products, with proven success driving customer adoption and retention
    • Experience in reporting and dashboard specification and management across any of the following industries: ML/data science, eCommerce, retail, travel, digital media, healthcare, or financial services. 
    • You understand the relevant concerns that brands face, e.g consent, IDFA, thirty party cookies, and are abreast of current strategies for mitigation.
    • BS/BA degree in technology-related field, or equivalent experience
    • Well-versed in Agile Scrum best practices and experienced being a product owner for a scrum team. 
    • Experienced with Jira and similar tools
    • You are a natural at conducting user interviews, speaking the voice of the customer, and evangelizing product adoption internally and externally
    • You know how to build strong relationships and can inspire a winning spirit with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. 
    • You are a highly accountable product manager and show genuine care about the people, processes, and technology involved in making a successful product come to life
