Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Brand Account Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team in Paris .

About the role

We are currently seeking a dynamic team player who can strongly support one of Vestiaire’s most exciting projects, Brand Partnerships/ Resale as a Service. You will work with the dedicated brand partnerships team, as well as all other streams involved across the company. You will report into the Key Account Manager Luxury Brands and will be one of the first hires within the key account management team. This team takes over after the successful onboarding of a brand/ retail partner and ensures an ongoing strong relationship with the partner, as well as driving for onsite visibility and GMV.

Our vision is to strengthen our Second Hand Luxury leadership position by launching partnerships with other ecosystem players.

What you’ll be doing

    Point of contact for partner related requests
    Generate regular reporting and agenda for partner’s touch points
    Work with accounting on invoicing
    Keep communication plan with partners up to date, to ensure STR and deposits
    Ensure price quotations are sent within committed SLA’s, with support of pricing team
    Track operational flow of items to warehouse
    Reporting of pricing performance (initial price quote, amended price quote after check, avg discount applied to final sale price)
    Develop stock management strategy through price drops and onsite commercial campaigns
    Ensure Brand Approved Partners get high visibility across the site (app helpers, assortment score, seller ranking, etc)
    Identify potential developments (together with tech)

Who you are

    4+ years of work experience as account manager, licenses manager or a similar B2B customer experience within an high growth e-com/retail fashion business
    Strong operational process designing and understanding ability
    Structured, organized, objective driven, fast learner and motivated by E-commerce and Fashion industry  
    Data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving  
    Ability to build strong collaborative internal & external relationships
    Experience in working with luxury brands is a big plus, as is a good understanding of e-com and onsite functionalities, as well as a grasp of operational processes
    Understanding of customer service problematics is a plus
    Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German preferred)
