Job Description

The Role

We have built the KONUX Predictive Maintenance System for rail switches, the first AI-based solution for the rail industry.
As Sourcing Partner within our People & Culture Team, you will be our expert for delivering an always-on pipeline of top talents and for bringing a more strategic approach to our active sourcing and talent networking activities. On an operational level, you will implement and execute sourcing campaigns for challenging roles related to IIoT, AI and embedded systems. You are also supposed to take a holistic perspective on your responsibilities and innovate our current approach on sourcing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain top talent networks and pipelines for current and future vacancies at KONUX
  • Identify, engage, activate and nurture talent by leveraging a range of tools and techniques: active sourcing, social media networking, job posting, referrals, networking events
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing campaigns, esp. for niche roles in Software and Embedded Engineering, Data Science and Railway Infrastructure, as well as business roles
  • Collaborate closely with a range of cross-functional stakeholders, such as Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Employer Branding Manager, Marketing experts
  • Support these stakeholders in clarification of role requirements, forecasting and analysis of candidate market
  • Complement our Talent Acquisition activities with a data driven approach and a strategic perspective, incl. research on market and industry trends, competitor analysis, talent personas, performance assessment of channels and tools

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting in agency, RPO or corporate roles
  • Track record of successfully delivered sourcing campaigns, utilising a range of channels, tools and methods (Linkedin, Xing, GitHub, Angellist, stack overflow, job boards, referrals) 
  • Highly proactive style of working and sense of urgency to deliver quality results 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) are mandatory
  • Experience of working in the technology sector preferred
