As a member of the Operations Support team at Truveris, the Operations Associate will be responsible for addressing all customer-related questions, issues and needs. This customer-focused business operations role will play an integral role in the Life Sciences team’s success by ensuring that customers are satisfied with our products and delivering a positive customer experience. You will play a key role in handling escalated customer calls as well as providing oversight for our call center in all areas of performance, quality and compliance. The Operations Associate will also monitor and resolve assigned Salesforce cases in their assigned queue and manage any stretch projects or assignments as given to them by the Operations Manager.


    • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email and chat
    • Handle escalated calls from customers often involving complex and challenging situations
    • Provide customers with accurate answers to questions and complaints regarding Truveris products, as well as claims and billing
    • Operational tasks including invoicing, reporting, test claims, escalating issues to product
    • Identify, investigate, document, and track all customer-related issues in Salesforce
    • Work on process improvements and implementing changes to enhance quality
    • Process and organize incoming program requests 
    • Attend weekly operations meeting to discuss any current issue
    • Master our mail-in rebate program to optimize and improve the process 


    • 1-5 years of experience in a customer service or patient support role preferred  
    • 1+ years of experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare related field or managing a call-center preferred
    • Understanding of insurance and third-party billing systems a plus
    • Proficiency in Excel required, Salesforce experience a plus 
    • Analytical background a plus
    • Flexibility with changing business needs and evolving responsibilities  
    • Extreme attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
    • Effective working both independently and in a team environment
    • Ability to maintain organization while effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities  
    • Interest in healthcare and life sciences business preferred 
    • Spanish-speaking a plus
