About the Role
 
Kentik is looking for a data-driven Demand Generation Manager to help us drive explosive growth. You will develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to catapult our company ahead of the competition.
 
This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with Sales, Sales Development, and Marketing. You will be responsible for providing direction and best practices that will shape our GTM strategy as we continue to scale.

We need you to design, plan, manage, and optimize our integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate revenue. What You'll Do

    • Own campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from web, design, and field marketing teams.
    • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include but are not limited to, paid media, webinars, emails, nurtures, sponsorships, content syndication, etc.
    • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise MQLs, SQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage.
    • Establish and maintain a thoroughly buttoned-up campaign implementation approach, including writing briefs, structuring tests, reporting results, and making recommendations for ongoing marketing optimization
    • Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budget as needed.
    • Partner with the SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team.
    • Collaborate with marketing/sales operations to establish and maintain funnel metrics system to allow continuous optimization of lead generation, lead management, and sales conversion efforts
    • Partner with agency to figure out new strategies and tactics for SEO, paid media, online events and email marketing to ensure efficient and targeted programs.

Who You Are

    • Self-motivated, self-starter with a zeal to win
    • A sense of humor and doesn’t take themselves too seriously
    • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, developing and executing successful, integrated demand generation programs.
    • Tactical, hands-on experience with lead processing forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
    • Experience collaborating with creative teams to define and execute innovative and execute targeted campaigns using content, email, social, events, PPC, and other channels to help meet our business goals
    • Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and enable them to effectively handle and qualify leads driven from campaigns.
    • Self-starter who excels at multitasking, working with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
    • Leverage Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce to monitor, measure, report/visualize KPIs in order to optimize future campaigns
