Sales Operations Manager

Health IQ is looking to add a Sales Operations Manager to the team! You will lead the operations for the sales development team for our largest line of business. You will work with the executive, sales, engineering, and BI teams to drive improvements in our sales development and sales teams. You will develop, measure, and improve the team’s KPIs and build a roadmap to ensure that we predictably deliver against the target. You will work closely with our BPO vendors to continuously improve our team’s quality.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive daily operations of the sales development team
  • Develop and rollout process improvements for both the sales development team and the sales process. 
  • Define KPIs and analyze performance for the BPOs, individual campaigns, and the program as a whole.
  • Work with our BPO partners to drive qualified interactions to the sales team and leveraging the team leads to drive measurable improvements across our partners.
  • Work closely with the leadership, sales, engineering, and BI teams to produce and deliver against a roadmap for driving improvements.
  • Onboard and train new sales development reps and calibrate QA scorecards

 What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center is required
  • Experience in building reports using excel or other reporting tools (Periscope or Salesforce is a plus)
  • Experience in developing new processes
  • Experience making sales or sales development enablement and driving improvements
  • Knowledge of Medicare or P&C products is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRMs and telephonic systems is a plus
