Digital bank Revolut, valued at $5.5 billion in 2020, is building the world’s first truly global financial super-app. In 2015, Revolut launched in the UK offering money transfer and exchange. Revolut India will look to introduce multiple digitally-enabled products across banking, cards and payments, foreign exchange transfers and remittances, investments and trading, and other financial services. We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our India team who will have responsibility for developing our relationships with key providers and partners supporting our brand in India. You will be single-mindedly focused on closing new deals bringing new outstanding features at the best value to our customers.
• Leading strategic deal-making effort to improve Revolut’s regional partnerships offering to increase user acquisition and revenue 
• Pitching and closing partnership deals bringing the best products and features at the best value for our customers
• Identifying, negotiating and closing awesome Perks for Revolut products offering 
• Leading the relationship management effort with our current partners
• Supporting M&A efforts for Revolut’s inorganic growth
• A proven track record for driving B2B2C / D2C partnerships and exceeding targets in India 
• A proven track record for acquiring, negotiating and managing new and existing partnerships in India 
• Experience working in high-growth companies in the consumer internet space in Partnerships / Business Development positions
• Demonstrated ability to 1) Construct 2) Analyse 3) Deliver new business lines / products
• Demonstrated deal-making capability (partnerships/alliances)
• You have flawless English language ability with outstanding communication & presentation skills
• Excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills 
You will be working with the India team on initiatives of strategic importance to the Indian territory. There will be a matrix structure with dual reporting to HQ Business team and line management into Strategy & Operations in India. You will have full autonomy and ownership of what you’ll do.
