About the Regulatory Compliance team

The Regulatory and Compliance team's primary focus is to ensure product formulation, labelling and website compliance for all THG Nutrition and Beauty brands globally. THG owns and operates many leading brands including, Grow Gorgeous, Mio Skincare, ESPA and MyProtein.

About the role

Reporting to the Compliance and Process Manager, the Compliance Administrator will take ownership of the teams’ shared inboxes, while taking an active role in managing and analysing compliance data using Microsoft Excel. The post holder will be tech-savvy and have a thorough understanding of the importance of recordkeeping, and interpreting data to produce tangible actions.


    Provide administrative support to the Regulatory functions
    Liaising with various internal departments including Packaging & Compliance
    Proactive approach to work towards deadlines
    Ad-hoc administrative tasks
    Completing monthly compliance reports
    Manage generic mailboxes and enquiries, ensuring that they are directed to the appropriate area within required compliance framework
    Monitor compliance with relevant and up to date laws, regulations and internal policies
    Maintaining accurate record keeping
    Supporting with preparation for any internal & external audits


    Previous experience of working in an administrative role
    Experience in using Oracle (desired)
    Excellent attention to detail
    Ability to work in a team and independently using own initiative
    Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
    Ability to analyse and interpret data effectively in a timely manner
    Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
    Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    Strong analytical, organisational and time management skills
    Can work under pressure, adapting to a fast pace, changing business requirements and deadlines

    Ability to work with different departments e.g. NPD, Regulatory, Purchasing, SQA, QA, Packaging Artwork etc to ensure meeting the customer needs
