About Airlift:

Airlift is building the world’s first decentralized logistics platform with transit and delivery solutions that enable and empower local communities. About the Role:

The Admin Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring that Airlift’s office space is well managed and properly maintained. The office space needs to enable the team to work in a comfortable working environment. This role requires a reliable and proactive individual to own responsibilities and provide necessary support for the team to operate effectively. This role may require evening shift hours (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage security and cleanliness staff to ensure a clean, well-equipped safe working environment,
  • Manage all communications over Slack, email and phone to assist teammates where needed,
  • Secure the office from any third-party person that is not a part of the Airlift team and manage attendance registration at the office,
  • Maintain records of petty cash and office assets management,
  • Ensure that the kitchen is well-staffed and well-equipped at all times,
  • Manage procurement logistics in partnership with the Procurement and People team

In addition to the above, successful candidates will demonstrate strong people skills to effectively assist other teammates.
