BureauOne converts furniture into a utility for businesses. BureauOne is a furniture rental company that helps businesses experience and access furniture, fixtures, and equipment without going through the myriad challenges that are associated with buying office furniture. BureauOne offers a full-service product including white-glove storage, delivery, and installation on-site.
About the Role 
The primary role of the Business Development Analyst (BDA) would be to monitor, analyze and improve CasaOne’s business by conducting research, interpreting data and making recommendations based on the findings. The BDA will also create financial models, communicate with current and prospective clients, generate pitch decks and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, they will collaborate with a team of colleagues, such as managers, supply chain staff, engineers and production employees on a daily basis, while simultaneously reporting to a higher-level staff member such as the Business Development Director or Vice President of Business Development.    
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting business relationships with the clients through phone calls and F2F meetings.
  • Conduct research on market insights, business opportunities, industry trends, competing organizations, customer demographics, new technologies and more on a regular basis in order to stay adept on recent trends.
  • Interpret data to draw meaningful findings and present necessary recommendations to the executives. 
  • Track and record metrics, data and statistics on company performance, connections, client retention, customer retention and finances on a regular basis in order to enable teams to improve existing procedures.
Required Skill-set
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Analytical Mindset - Comfortable in handling large data sets with an eye for detail. Can anticipate business needs and align with industry trends and keep tabs on how they are to be implemented
  • Financial Acumen - The recommendations of a Business Development Analyst won’t mean much if they result in exceeded budgets or significant expenditures.
  • Fast Learner - Should grasp the business problems fast and prioritize solutions
  • Interested in solving real-world problems - Can develop a deep understanding of the structure of on-ground teams, customers and business partners
  • Self-Starter/Go-Getter - Will take initiatives and build automated systems with proactive & preemptive actions
  • Communicator – Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to collaborate with various stakeholders on a daily basis.
