Job Description

Harper Wilde is looking for a Logistics and Operations Coordinator to join our growing, highly collaborative team. The ideal candidate is a  highly organized and detail-oriented individual, with experience in Operations a plus.
 
This position is a perfect fit for data-driven individuals who enjoy creative problem solving in a fast-growing business. This role will report to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to Operations team including ad hoc reporting, technical troubleshooting, and process implementation.
    • Manage inbound logistics, ensuring successful delivery to distribution center and receipt of product and packaging inventory within compliance. 
    • Manage outbound logistics for eCommerce & wholesale business in partnership Senior Operations Manager.
    • Own logistics KPIs and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements including inventory accuracy, receiving SLAs, on-time ship and delivery, and costs.
    • Responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels across systems, performing regular audits on front and back end, mitigating issues, and escalating to proper channels as needed. 
    • Partner to Customer Experience to catch and resolve order issues, then communicating resolutions to the larger team.
    • Owns fulfillment operations end to end for wholesale partnerships.
    • Manage reverse logistics and rework team at 3PL to process, recover and recycle returns.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.2+ years experience in an operations-focused role.
    • Creative problem solver with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
    • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) with experience manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data.
    • Hyper-organized with an ability to strategically prioritize.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • NICE-TO-HAVE: E-commerce or direct to consumer business experience.
