Job Description

The Position

Looking for an experienced and motivated Product Marketing Manager, to develop effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate and support the adoption and growth of our new Fiverr Business product, to relevant audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing work strategies, advertising & sales channels, and the ability to have a deep understanding of products and features. You will be responsible for building compelling storytelling and presenting our product in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost usage. This position requires close interaction with the Fiverr Business GM, marketing, product, design, customer care, and sales teams. 

 This role reports to the VP of Growth

Responsibilities

  • Translate and communicate Fiverr Business vision and value of Fiverr Business to the across marketing, customer care, sales teams and develop the messaging and marketing tools that facilitate the process.
  • Build Fiverr Business messaging that sets it apart from others in the market to give it unique selling points. Develop comprehensive marketing plans for the marketing team
  • Communicate the vision and value of Fiverr Business across marketing, customer care, sales teams and develop the messaging and marketing tools that facilitate the process.
  • Research the target audience and different personas, pain points for each and build an effective GTM plan, addressing the relevant messaging, channels, touchpoints, and timeline. 
  • Understand the customer journey, from first exposure and into life cycle (360), while constantly suggesting testing ways to improve it, working with various interfaces in the company (product, marketing, brand, customer care, etc.). 
  • Craft compelling marketing content. Highlight differentiated value for target customers via presentations, web content, webinars, and more in order to increase conversion and engagement.
  • Understand the competitive landscape to correctly position the offering in the context of our USPs.
  • Initiate and manage segmented and targeted marketing campaigns aimed to improve performance, in collaboration with the relevant marketing teams.
  • Be the main focal point for all content marketing aspects of the product across all online channels; including guides, inspiration, webinars, FAQ pages, and more. 
  • Monitor customer’s performance, create insights and become the main ‘voice of the customer’, in order to lead cross company partners to make relevant decisions and needed improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager. 
  • Experience in SaaS / B2B companies that market for a US audience focusing on SMB.
  • Passion to know your market and translate expertise to actionable go-to-market plans
  • Experience in creating a GTM strategy and execution of relevant marketing campaigns and activities. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience reducing complex information into distilling themes that are easily communicated/understood
  • Familiarity with data system concepts, databases, BI, Usability tests and market research.
  • Experience in working with internal interfaces: marketing, product, design, customer service and sales.
  • English – Advanced, proficient at a high level
  • Ability to work with multiple business partners 
  • Analytical, comfortable with numbers and data
