Job Description

Airkit began in 2018 when co-founders Adam Evans and Stephen Ehikian wanted to enable leading brands to connect with their customers in a new, digital way.  As consumers of many products, they couldn’t understand why, in the age of big data, AI, cloud computing, and connected products, their interactions with companies were so impersonal, reactive, and time-consuming.   

The Airkit team previously founded and built RelateIQ (sold to Salesforce in 2014). We witnessed first hand how every aspect of the relationship between companies and their customers was changing. Everyone and everything is now connected, and customer expectations are rapidly increasing. 

Headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, the company launched publicly in October 2020.  Since then, we have seen the rapid adoption & expansion of our product within leading Fortune 500 brands and hyper-growth businesses, world-wide.

Position Summary:

You are a highly motivated, up-and-coming marketer that will help build out our marketing promotional efforts. You will play a key role in the development and management of various marketing and sales outreach programs, from ideation to execution. You are collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

We are looking for someone curious, creative, super organized, and willing to roll up their sleeves. Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are a must. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation and Inside Sales teams to develop and launch out-of-the-box, strategic promotional programs for generating leads and meetings.
  • Learn and understand the Airkit target audience to guide the messaging and creative process.  
  • Assist with Marketing Operations projects. 
  • Build out and own programs within the Sendoso marketing platform. 
  • Monitor program budgets, contracts, and invoices, ensuring tight control of expenses.
  • Analyze program performance and incorporate real-time feedback from Sales and Marketing to improve results. 
  • Present interesting findings and metrics from launched programs. 

Qualifications

  • Marketing experience, passion for marketing, and/or current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Communications or similar field.
  • Proven intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines, and deliver programs on schedule.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and staying within budgets allotted.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Sendoso is a plus.
  • Option to work from our California office or remotely. Work location is flexible except that the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado
