As a People Operations Manager you act as the right hand to VP of Sales, Head of Sales and Head of Sales and CS Operations as we continue to scale our GTM organization across the US. Being organized, tactical and data focused, you will constantly demonstrate strong business judgement, while working in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced global environment. You will work cross functionally among the organization to streamline schedules and processes which will ultimately lead to amazing results!

How you’ll make an impact

  • Act as right hand to VP of sales, Head of Sales, and Director of Operations 
  • Manage high-volume calendars of 2-4 leadership-level team members
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure meetings happen on time, agendas are arranged, notes are captured, and next steps are completed; join meetings as needed and facilitate and/or have frequent communication with other team members to ensure goals are being met 
  • Support HR team with special projects and company-wide initiatives such as events, SWAG, etc. 
  • Support sales team with department-wide special projects and collaborate/brainstorm with leadership team 
  • Build and manage informative and visually effective presentations regarding sales projects, org, etc. that the sales leadership team will use, often to present to C-level executives 
  • Project manage department-wide initiatives, including keeping track of deadlines and ensuring cross-departmental collaboration
  • Identify any operational bottlenecks and build solutions 
  • Work alongside People Ops Manager 

What we’d love to see

  • Experience in project management, startup experience preferred 
  • Strong planning, organizational, and process analysis/improvement abilities to successfully direct and deliver concurrent projects
  • Excellent communicator who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders 
  • Detail-oriented strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving capabilities who thrives in ambiguity 
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality 
  • Ability to empower and inspire the collective team 
  • Ability to learn quickly in a high-growth environment 
  • Team player, ready and eager to assist with any project - no task is too small
