Job Description


As the Director of Transformation and Uplift you will work directly with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in a broad-gauged effort to enhance Melio’s compliance and risk management controls. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, project management, adoption, reporting, scaling, and measurement of this uplift program. 


Being strategic, tactical and data focused, you will oversee all training and development, QA and content within the program as well as constantly reviewing, iterating and scaling implementation across the organization.

  • License planning
  • Project management
  • Providing central coordination for large scale, multi-faceted and cross-organizational work streams 
  • Providing centralized program management for large scale, multi-faceted uplift effort
  • Play a pivotal role in design, implementation and coordination of 
  • Managing remediation of regulatory and audit findings 


What We’d Love To See

  • Experience leading medium/large-scale transformation/remediation projects
  • Experience working in startups / early stage operations a plus
  • Direct experience with license application (ideal but not required)
  • “Getting things done” comes naturally, you are comfortable in ambiguity and constantly  coming up with solutions and new ideas
  • Ability to work cross functionally, and build relationships to promote collaboration and transparency across the organization
