What the role is about

A Digital ABM Marketing Manager at EdCast is a senior individual contributor role empowered to own and build the digital and ABM marketing organization across all digital channels, including website, social media, SEM/SEO and email. Meticulously segment all enterprises; You will empower customers to consolidate learning, skilling and career mobility capabilities on the EdCast platform.

To do this, you are customer-centric, passionate about learning, skilling and bringing the gift of career mobility to organizations across the board. You are committed to win, taking advantage of the untapped market that could benefit from EdCast product offering which makes learning and skill building a natural part of everyday work. You can build marketing strategies and campaigns to have personable engagement with prospects in several verticals over digital channels. You can work the tools to ensure work gets done and report on progress and impact regularly.

You will help multiply the business impact by harnessing the power of partnerships, and emerging channels, to extend the reach and results beyond the in-house sales teams.

You should have the discipline, grit and proven track record of developing and executing key growth marketing strategies, tactics and action plans; hitting quarterly targets; building relationships and helping customers and channel partners succeed. You will be comfortable managing complete marketing engine process--from envisioning a campaign, operating on a regular cadence using the best available tools in the market, to writing tactical copy for social media, email, website content and blogs.

You aspire to be an expert on the market for EdCast and build the organization to support the growth targets with agility and efficiency.

This position is open in the U.S.

 

As a Senior ABM Marketing Manager, your core tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Research, evaluate, segment and understand the market.
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to achieve sales targets for new customer acquisition.
  • Leverage digital channels in navigating the customer organization consisting of several different functional user-personas, buyers, influencers and decision-makers.
  • Develop account plan playbooks, where appropriate for new relationships, building, maintaining and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Possess a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process, understanding their business needs and objectives
  • Plan and execute an agile marketing process to hack growth.
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through targeted messaging, presentations and videos.

Initiate, build, operate and learn from initiatives and programs across the globe.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required;
  • Master Degree a plus;
  • Technology and marketing tools background required
  • A seasoned digital marketer and growth hacker
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver quickly
  • Creative and able to envision a customer journey with multiple stakeholders
  • Metrics driven with a high degree of comfort with marketing data and reports
  • A combination of self-starter, leader, collaborative partner across organizations
  • Forever curious about the status quo and looking for innovative solutions
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a B2B SaaS organization
  • Strong preference for human capital technology and technology solutions.
  • Proven track record marketing feature rich technology across segments and industries
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer centric approach
  • Exceptional professional presence and business acumen
  • Must work well in a team-selling environment, able to keep an open communication particularly when working remotely
