The Role
 
We are looking for an exciting, passionate, and experienced Strategy and Operations Manager - Member Engagement to contribute to the growth of our member marketing programs. This team member will help ideate, plan, execute and project manage marketing efforts to introduce Lyra to employees.
 
This individual will play a critical role in helping our growing team deliver member marketing materials, on time, and at high-quality, to the growing number of Lyra’ clients. 
 
This team member will work closely with key partners across Marketing and Customer Success to create operational programs that allow Lyra to serve more customers and increase access to mental health care to millions of members. Key to this role will be project management skills, energy for execution, and an ability to operate at both the smallest level of detail and the zoomed-out view of how to redesign a new process.

Responsibilities:

      • Project management & Implementation
      • Project manage multiple projects at once, working closely with designers, marketers, and client facing teams to ensure we’re delivering on-time implementations 
      • Gather and report on metrics for implementation performance and make recommendations for optimization 
      • Build, test, and iterate operational processes for developing marketing materials with a focus towards continuous improvement  
      • Provide project management support for Open Enrollment events that deliver awareness and excitement about Lyra 
 
    • Strategy & Operations
    • Develop a growth strategy and plan for how to serve a growing number customers, who have different levels of need, and require different materials for their demographics
    • Vet and select technology solutions and vendors to support the scaling of marketing asset creation. 
    • Analyze member engagement data across customers and industries and make recommendations for member engagement strategies

Requirements:

    • Passionate about supporting employers and their members receiving access to quality mental health care
    • 4+ years of experience in marketing, creative/advertising agencies, operations, or consulting 
    • Comfortable with project management software (JIRA and AirTable a plus)
    • Proven skill set for identifying, sharing, and evangelizing solutions and best practices that improve the status quo
    • Confident diving into metrics and data analysis (experience with Tableau a plus)
    • Strong writing skills 
    • Solutions-focused mindset - excited about developing ideas, eager to create action plans, and motivated by getting things done
    • Able to prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Confident, thoughtful, and proactive communicator
    • Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally
