Job Description

The Product Implementation Specialist will work directly with our customers identifying, building and following a statement of work derived from a scope of deliverables that may come from RFP’s or other business requirements with new or existing accounts. As part of the implementation team, you will have a direct impact on the final deliverables that build strong relationships between SafeRide and its customers. To be successful, you must be comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous challenges, and working in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

While this position is remote, Texas residence is Required.


  • Participate in all areas of the product lifecycle from gathering requirements to launch readiness.

  • Drive product innovation and opportunities through feedback from our various internal stakeholders, partners and customers as well as market data.

  • Engage with stakeholders to scope work, understand impact, and gain consensus.

  • Serve as primary escalation point for problems/issues during upgrades and new customer implementations.

  • Ensure prompt, professional, and courteous resolution to product questions and platform implementation requirements

  • Maintain roadmap and coordinate adoption of deliverables with other product lines and our partner alliance team.

  • Maintain a record of daily data communications, transactions, issues, remedial action taken, and activities using a CRM tool.

  • Work closely with architects and Customer Success team to develop, prioritize and manage the product backlog in a lean / agile environment.

  • Gather production feedback to prioritize in the product backlog.

  • Develop operational improvements based on data analysis

  • Triage remedies with the Product and Customer Success Teams

  • Understand technical issues and promptly respond to client with technical solutions

  • Implement CRM and call center software settings for our Call Center and Operations team to optimize performance and SLAs

  • Refer major hardware and software issues or defective products to appropriate team members.

  • Help define success metrics and measure impact and results of new deliverables.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a product implementation role.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with a CRM

  • Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful enterprise software products.

  • Experience managing SaaS and/or cloud infrastructure products.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel to code and track data

  • BA/BS in business or technical field from Top Tier school required.

Preferred Experience

  • Two (2) years of experience using Tableau

  • Familiarity with ZenDesk and or Salesforce

  • Familiarity with call center softwares

  • Prior experience working with open platform connectivity technologies

  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

  • Independent self-starter

  • Ability to learn new SaaS software for implementing operational workflows

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to prioritize, exercise good judgment and make sound decisions daily.
