What you'll do

    •  You will be responsible for the strategic and hands-on development of visual brand identities, design systems, and digital / print channel executions.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders and outside agency partners to set the creative strategy to bring the brand to life across all touch points, channels and physical products. Use brand strategy to guide the priorities and output of the creative team.
    • Exhibit expert design skills in achieving the highest quality standards appropriate for all assigned projects and tasks, and be able to guide and mentor the creative team to do so.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of internal business partners’ business challenges to execute design requests.
    • Partner closely with channel and campaign owners to build a consistent end-to-end brand experience across multiple marketing touch-points, mediums, and platforms.
    • Mentor and manage a team of creatives, owning the personal and professional development of these individuals.

What we're looking for

    • 10+ years of design, art direction, packaging design, and motion graphics experience with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of the creative development process, including efficiently staffing projects, providing timely and effective feedback to improve creative solutions, and delivering work on schedule. You can balance leading projects, leading people, and leading relationships with external agencies.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
    • A natural teacher - empowered by mentoring teams and encouraging designers to approach problem solving differently, always with the goal of learning and growing.
    • Ability to recognize and cultivate diverse perspectives.
