Job Description

We are looking to bring on a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive long-term recruitment strategies and build leading talent-development practices that support our business objectives.   The successful candidate will serve as a recruitment expert partnering with the rest of the leadership team across the business to fill requisitions across our Product, Engineering and Data teams.  This role reports into our Director, People as an individual contributor and can be fully remote based out of the US.

Responsibilities:

        Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
        Proactively source and attract passive candidates through a variety of methods, building a consistent pipeline of talent for high priority and hard-to-fill positions
        Contribute to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, onboarding, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively
        Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure alignment on the specifications of each role needed while executing solid sourcing and recruiting plans
        Be a culture ambassador for H1
        Manage our ATS, Lever using metrics to improve overall recruitment process

Requirements:

        6-8 years of Technical Recruitment experience with a combination of both agency and in-house recruiting experience
        Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate delicate and confidential information
        A track record of negotiating and navigating compensation conversations (including equity)
        Understanding the importance of data integrity in Lever
        Demonstrated organizational skills and personal methods of ensuring no candidate gets left behind or falls through the cracks!
        Startup experience is required
