The Opportunity

We’re looking for someone to elevate our concierge services for our clients, as they navigate the complexities of their financial situations. You will work with clients, advisors, and the various teams at Harness Wealth to deliver a best-in-class client experience. Your role is to be a dedicated resource to answer client questions, manage the client-adviser introductions and facilitate the exchange of information between the client and adviser. You’ll be the face of Harness Wealth’s customer experience. This role will report to the Customer Success Lead and will work on site or remotely. 


What you will be doing

  • Answer any questions a client may have around the process of selecting an advisor and/or the role that Harness plays within that process
  • Coordinate meeting times with clients and firms and schedule them
  • Send follow-up emails to clients and outline next steps in the meeting/scheduling process
  • Relay feedback and challenges from clients to the Harness Wealth team in order to improve the experience
  • Ask for updates from advisors on the meetings and client progress
  • Recommend improvements to internal processes


Your experience

  • You have a track record of excellence working in a client service role (minimum of 2 years)
  • You have a background managing and updating client information in a CRM
  • You are able to keep information and data confidential and secure
  • You have shown an ability to problem solve and do so quickly and effectively
  • You are a good listener and communicator via phone, chat, email and video conference 
  • You are completely client-focused. You provide clients with all of the information necessary to make an informed decision. You aim to delight with every interaction
  • You are a team player that is willing to give and receive feedback
  • You are organized and process oriented in your work
  • You have experience working in a startup/tech environment
  • Most importantly, you are passionate about Harness Wealth and our mission
  • Having a strong knowledge of the financial or tax advisory industry is a plus


Our products

  • Harness Firms

Clients complete a profile based on their personal financial information, goals, and milestones. Based on this information, our algorithm recommends a set of financial, tax and/or trust & estate services and firms that are best suited for them. Each firm on the marketplace is personally screened and interviewed by Harness Wealth.

  • Harness Insights

Clients manage their personal finances and strategically and plan ahead for milestones using our tools. We provide users a balance sheet to monitor full net worth, including employee equity, crypto assets, and real estate, as well as tax planning tools to help navigate decisions around liquidity events.

  • Harness Tax

Our in-house tax team offers flexible tax planning services that are tailored to our clients, such as planning for equity liquidity events, managing crypto assets, moving between different countries or states, and evaluating equity compensation packages.
