Job Description

6sense is looking for a Senior Tax & Compliance Manager to join our growing team. This role will assist with tax provision calculations, tax compliance, and special projects.


  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions including current and deferred tax analysis in accordance with ASC 740.
  • Prepare tax provision and return workpaper support.
  • Prepare Federal and state corporate tax returns.
  • Preform tax research on federal, state, and international tax issues.
  • Other ad-hoc projects


  • CPA Preferred.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in providing tax research and technical advice on multi-state issues.
  • An understanding of ASC 740, tax law, and tax compliance.
  • Experience at a publicly traded company is a plus.
  • Big 4 experience is a plus.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize competing workloads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience with MS Office Suite.
