Founded in 2016, venn combines the urban and communal living experiences of its three founders: Or Bokobza (CEO) and Chen Avni (CXO), raised respectively on an agricultural cooperative known as a kibbutz and a moshav, and David Sherez (CREO), raised in the urban environment of Tel Aviv. They served together as leaders in an elite army reconnaissance unit, became good friends, and shared the same dream of living in the city and raising their families together. But facing a lack of viable and affordable options in Tel Aviv, they formed venn.

About the Job

Venn is significantly growing its Design practice and is looking to hire creatives to join a new team responsible for all Neighbor (consumer) and Partner (customer) marketing and communications. Your work will span physical, digital and human-to-human interactions, and will be a key driver of the company’s growth and success. It’ll be interesting, challenging and, most importantly, rewarding. You’re coming in at an exciting time to help define our design language and deepen Venn’s experience and identity. 

 

In this role, you will work on evolving Venn’s visual identity. Partner directly with the CMO, Editor-in-Chief and others to evolve all parts of the company’s look and feel, from asset guides to advertising campaigns. This is a great job for someone passionate about advertising and brand design, and wants to jumpstart their career by playing an influential role in a fast-growing global, social impact brand. 

 

Your work will vary widely, from big, ambitious, never-been-tried-before projects to small, operational design tasks. But all of it will be consumer-facing, celebrating the human stories and local details that shape our product and brand. Your thinking and work will come to life immediately and you’ll have the satisfaction of seeing your work in markets around the world. No matter the task, no matter the audience, you must approach them all with the same level of excitement, focus and commitment to getting it right. Above all, we’re looking for people who can think broadly, make precisely and are hungry to learn.  

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant design field 
  • Comprehensive portfolio of outstanding and relevant work
  • Eagerness to learn and fail and learn some more 
  • Good communications skills
  • Internship/professional-setting experience is a plus
  • Eagerness to collaborate and speak-up is essential
  • You care about the work above all
