As BrightHire’s first Demand Generation Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build our growth engine from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing demand generation campaigns that drive both engagement and results. We’re a rapidly growing business creating a new category, so it’s essential that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about analyzing, interpreting, and understanding the demand generation tactics and strategies that drive growth.

In this role, you’ll:

    • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to advertising, SEM, SEO, webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, etc.
    • In conjunction with the Content Marketing Manager, support the distribution of content, and help align the content strategy with demand generation goals
    • Work with the revenue team to execute on account-based marketing strategies that increase awareness and pipeline conversion performance
    • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise MQLs and sales pipeline
    • Closely monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage. Design, build, maintain, and communicate digital marketing, campaign, and pipeline performance reports
    • Design and drive campaign experiments to form actionable recommendations. This includes messaging, landing page, and ad testing and optimization
    • Partner with our revenue team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs.
    • Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize cross-functional processes

About you:

    • 4-6 years experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role
    • 2+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience
    • Passion for helping make the hiring process better and more equitable
    • Tactical, hands-on experience with demand forecasting, reporting, and analysis
    • Knowledge of B2B Marketing mechanics - you’ve worked with leads and funnel reporting, you understand pipeline, conversion, and marketing attribution models
    • Strong working knowledge of paid advertising (SEM, Disp, Paid Social, CTV, etc)
    • Comfortable working with Hubspot
    • Experience partnering with BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
    • An energetic, team-based attitude - you are always willing and ready to wear many hats
More about us:
• We’re very collaborative, we’re always brainstorming ideas about product, strategy, etc.
• We use our product daily in our own hiring, which is rewarding and gives us product empathy!

• Everyone is self-motivated, autonomous, and seeks ways we can continuously improve as a company
• We’re generous, self-deprecating, look for reasons to laugh, and enjoy sharing our ideas for band names, posting photos from our walks, and reminiscing about previous travel...
