Job Description

UserLeap enables product teams to know, in real-time, what motivates customers to sign up, engage, and remain loyal to their product. Through a combination of contextual microsurveys, AI-based text analysis, and 75+ research templates, the platform helps any product and research team quickly and easily understand their audience, improve their product, build their roadmap, and solve complex business problems.

About the Role:

Social Media

  • Take responsibility for UserLeap’s digital social presence to monitor, join, and contribute to relevant topics, trends, and conversations on behalf of founders and the brand, so we’re seen as active thought leaders in our space as we develop an audience.
  • Own our social content calendar and create, adapt, and share UserLeap content that strengthens our brand and provides a funnel to user signup.
  • Develop relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders so they share our content, talk about UserLeap, and support us with audience building and user acquisition.

Customer Advocacy and Community 

  • Work with product and customer success to leverage our passionate UserLeap customers to become advocates to their networks and audiences. For example, creating and sharing user spotlight posts, quotes and testimonials, helping distribute case studies, and encouraging social sharing by our users.
  • Create and manage the UserLeap digital community, work to engage members, and grow our membership base with a goal of using the community to facilitate customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage UserLeap’s presence on the marketplace, review sites, and ensure a regular flow of reviews and evangelism to contribute to new customer acquisition.

Event Management

  • Collaborate with growth and brand marketing teams to coordinate in person and virtual events. 
  • Source speakers from our network and run the behind-the-scenes coordination to bring events from concept through execution.
  • Assist in the execution of joint webinars, online events, and co-produced content.
  • Other marketing activities as needed.

About You:

  • 5+ years experience in a community or events related role.
  • SaaS experience is a must, ideally at an early stage startup.
  • Exceptionally strong written and spoken communication. 
  • Social media, community, and/or events marketing experience.
  • Great team player. Ability to understand stakeholder goals and help everyone win.
  • Experience wrangling people, content, stakeholders, logistics to run successful events.
  • Huge plus if you have experience in UX/product. You’ll get to know our Product Managers, User Researchers, and Growth Marketers deeply and care personally about their struggles and successes.
