Role Description:

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage the existing instance and support the team to help bring ShipBob to the next level! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work autonomously with prior experience in scaling revenue organizations built on Salesforce.com. You should have a strong technical background and be able to work cross functionally with business partners from the Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Technology and Product teams. In this role, you will be visible across the organization to help achieve business goals focused on enabling the sales and marketing teams to be more effective. You need to focus on data integrity, security, automation, and have great attention to detail.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage users, data, security, and third party applications.
  • Maintain and manage the Salesforce environment and sandboxes. 
  • Test and deploy updates to production. 
  • Document processes, improve workflow for sales, marketing, and merchant success. 
  • Evaluate and install new releases as well as provide training and support both to sales cloud and additional applications.
  • Create and customize dashboards and reports for the revenue and other departments. 
  • Be part of a fast-growing company and have the ability to quickly adapt to the changing business needs and requirements.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Certified Salesforce.com administrator or advanced administrator.
  • Relevant admin experience in an org with at least 250 seats.
  • In depth knowledge of best practices, security, data backup, lightning experience. 
  • Experience working with technical integrations (APIs, managed packages, marketing automation tools). 
  • Successful track record of  taking business requirements to build, buy, integrate solutions for sales teams end to end. 
  • Effective time management skills that let you organize, prioritize, and deliver key milestones on time.
