Job Description

TalentX is Facebook’s dedicated recruiting team that partners with executive leadership and HRBPs to identify, cultivate and recruit the best-in-class talent globally. As a member of TalentX, you will build strategies and processes for intelligence gathering and engagement to bring the industry’s top executives to Facebook across our family of apps.
TalentX, Researcher Responsibilities
  • Manage executive search engagements from requisition intake meetings to engagement to hire
  • Develop and execute outside-the-box research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing high volume of data
  • Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to present data to influence decisions
  • Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies and decision making
  • Partner closely with TalentX recruiters, cross functional recruiting team members, business and HR leaders to share intel and hire the best talent across Facebook
  • Proactively seek the team's input and enjoy bouncing ideas off of each other, even though input may not be needed
  • Able to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown
  • Continuous eye for improvements - we strive to set the bar in executive search
  • Articulate and clear in all forms of communication with an emphasis on executive style and approach to each deliverable and presentation
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Proven experience in identifying and engaging senior-level candidates
  • Experience partnering with senior management
  • Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
  • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working independently with little direction
  • Experience maintaining high volume of sensitive information and building scalable structure around data
  • Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring partners across different offices
  • Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple tech/product disciplines
