What you'll do
Come join our Services operations! 
As a Services Manager, you will staff, plan, and execute multiple multilingual localization projects end-to-end, for a spectrum of customers. Our customers come from a variety of industries including Technology, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Finance, Media. You will work with and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, translators, internal teams and Lilt's Executive team. 
As a member of Lilt’s Services team, you will learn about product development, sales, customer success, marketing, and localization engineering. You will be exposed to all cross-functional teams and develop a robust knowledge and understanding of all functions of the business. This role is full-time.
This role will work remotely from the UK until such time as the Company establishes permanent office premises.

Project Management Scope

    • Work closely with clients and internal teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering 
    • Manage translators to execute and deliver multiple continuous multilingual projects across various domains
    • Coordinate and monitor projects from start to delivery
    • Provide internal and external status reports on project status and risks
    • Resolve any issues and bugs
    • Provide input on process efficiencies and suggestions for product enhancement to Lilt’s product and engineering team
    • Deliver operational excellence; consistent adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics (KPIs)

Skills and Experience Needed

    • Minimum of 3 years project management experience in translation or localization
    • Four-year degree from a top university
    • Communication skills: ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration
    • Resourcefulness, initiative and drive!
    • Experience with data manipulation and reporting
    • Localization experience is desirable, but not required
