Job Description

About the Job:

LiveIntent is looking to hire a Campaign Optimizations Manager who will work closely with the Sales, Account Management, and Ad Operations teams to analyze data and provide optimizations to improve performance and drive revenue. As a member of the Campaign Success team, the Campaign Optimizations Manager will become an expert in LiveIntent's platform and work to troubleshoot, align KPIs/Goals, and run campaign analysis while also managing/leading a (or multiple) Campaign Success Coordinator(s) and help them effectively complete their role. The Campaign Optimizations Manager will be expected to manage the increase of operational demands related to clients’ marketing campaigns and have a direct impact on the business and success of our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between sales and account management teams to sell more efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and monitor reports for internal and external use to ensure the health of campaigns
  • Collaborate with aligned teams to confirm campaigns are set up for success
  • Survey, assess, and report on integrated campaign performance and provide strategic direction based on analysis of results
  • Oversee one or multiple Campaign Success Coordinators ensuring they are set up for success and aid them in accomplishing their day-to-day responsibilities
  • Create and maintain documentation for internal use regarding workflow processes and best practices to streamline projects and tasks

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management, optimization, or data analysis
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and platforms including but not limited to DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Servers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and come up with unique solutions
  • Coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with terrific attention to detail
  • Constant ambition to grow and help others succeed
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a cross functional setting and independently
