Rider Support Team Lead

About Airlift:

Airlift is building the world’s first decentralized logistics platform with transit and delivery solutions that enable and empower local communities. About the Role:

This role will be responsible for building and leading a highly effective rider support team at Airlift. We are seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented individuals who gravitate toward a process-driven approach to bring improvements to our Rider Support function with high communication and interpersonal skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the rider support team during the designated shift,
  • Proactively communicate as a liaison between the rider support team and relevant departments to effectively resolve issues and complaints, 
  • Conduct weekly call monitoring and coaching of the rider support team,
  • Manage, track and communicate rider support team performance and data points,
  • Ensure schedule and playbook compliance, 
  • Proactively identify and foresee problems in the existing rider support function and come up with solutions,
  • Create, sustain and manage a positive work culture within the rider support function, 
  • Taking calls from riders in case of high volume of calls and queries.
