Job Description

Pond5 is looking for a motivated, positive, college student to join our Sales Operations team! We are now offering a summer internship program and accepting applications. In this role, you will work with the Global Sales Operations & Sales teams to help on a variety of projects - both internal and customer-facing. In addition to Sales Operations projects, Pond5 will also offer training on sales skills, strategies and account planning.
 
This role is opened to currently enrolled rising college juniors or seniors in the NY area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Database/CRM entry and organization
    • Assist with developing and refining sales collateral
    • Client facing communication programs (i.e. email, social media)
    • Process improvement and operational efficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be currently enrolled in a college program in the US (a rising junior or senior)
    • A passion for sales, creativity and technology
    • Great work ethic, positive, and coachable
    • Strong communication and listening skills
    • Self-starter and drive for achievement
    • Experience with MS Office suite (word, excel, power point) - knowledge of Salesforce preferred
