ABOUT THE ROLE
 
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. You will be a player/coach while managing the Talent Team, recruiting, and continuing to maintain and improve our Talent Acquisition strategy.
 
Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll find yourself partnering directly with executives and leaders across the business, technical, and healthcare teams to own key hires that move the needle for the business. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own the full cycle recruitment process for engineering and key strategic senior hires
    • Effectively and enthusiastically manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators (both FTE & 1099)
    • Influence hiring manager and stakeholder expectations for a shared understanding of what "world-class recruiting" looks like at Vida
    • Build a recruiting pipeline that translates into high offer acceptance rates and exceptional candidate experience 
    • Partner with Vida hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of possibilities
    • Leverage analytics and industry intelligence to help your team make data-guided decisions and provide insights to the business on a regular cadence

QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including sourcing and recruiting engineers and high-level roles
    • 2+ years of management experience required
    • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices
    • In-depth knowledge of HR-related laws, policies, procedures, and guidelines
    • Ability to develop and manage projects and deliver measurable impact
    • Ability to lead, influence, and negotiate with all levels
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities including coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team
    • Ability to multi-task and effectively balance multiple priorities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing the technology systems and tools that support recruiting and staffing efforts
    • Bachelor's Degree required

    • Experience with ADP and system integrations
