Job Description

With the growth Ada has experienced, we have bigger goals than ever. Expanding our business development team is one of the key ways Ada plans on achieving our company goals and growing our marketshare. As a Manager, Business Development, you wil be responsible for your team’s pipeline to help accelerate our growth and define our market position.

About You

    • You have a minimum of 2+ years experience in a leadership role managing a team of 10 Business Development Representatives.
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • You love coaching people to raise their bar.
    • You are a tremendous leader and love seeing people succeed.
    • You are highly motivated.
    • You have two or more years in sales and business development. SaaS is a plus.

Outcomes

    • Working with your team to build quality pipeline to hit our aggressive targets.
    • Onboard new reps and provide ongoing coaching to develop talent.
    • Constantly innovating new prospecting techniques.
    • Becoming an Ada product expert.
    • Using modern sales tools including Outreach, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
    • Working to maintain and improve CRM data quality.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership.
