Partner Enablement Managers (PEM) are entrusted with some of UiPath’s largest and most strategic business partners, working with Sales, Presales and Delivery teams to drive end-to-end enablement and development programs for the Americas. It is constantly focusing on helping our business partners to reach complete maturity/independence in delivering business value and successful engagements to end customers.
 
 
Part coach, product expert, project manager, and business consultant our Partner Enablement Manager acts as a trusted advisor, guiding and motivating our business partners to develop and deliver a UiPath practice and strategy, regionally and globally. 

Responsibilities

  • Engage UiPath channel partners, understand patterns in their knowledge gaps and provide thought leadership for proposed training plans and curriculum
  • Work with UiPath Partner Account Managers to understand partner needs, strategies, operational maturity and business goals and establish targeted training plans and curriculum in order to build strong sales and technical competencies within partner’s organization
  • Collaborate with UiPath Partner Account Managers to manage end-to-end enablement plans
  • Train and guide partners to be product experts across the entire UiPath platform
  • Provide best practices for presales activities using UiPath platform
  • Coordinate workshops and trainings with partners for maintaining a good understanding of the latest product releases and updates
  • Identify and address any issues that could affect partner enablement
  • Develop Partner Enablement assets and methods, and work with UiPath Partner Account Managers to create or refine existing enablement materials
  • Collaborate with UiPath Partner Organization and capture requirements that can be developed into scalable training programs; be a voice for the partner team and their partners
  • Participate in business reviews and proactively suggest technical and business solutions on different industries or customer segments
  • Advise and support in Lead Campaigns with partners
  • Engage in end-customer opportunities as a strong supporter of the channel partner by emphasizing the existing UiPath – Partner relationship
  • Indirectly support for Customers through a robust and proactive partner enablement and development approach
  • Use data analytics and reporting to make business decisions and coordinate schedules for ILT events, manage event planning, working closely with partner teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science with over 8 years of work experience
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization
  • SaaS experience is recommended
  • Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
  • Experience in project management, technical sales and consultancy
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Proven track record in a highly professional customer service environment in a dynamic, start-up organization
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
