Job Description

Whip Media is seeking an experienced Professional Services Leader with a background in global markets to join our Client Services team. Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, you will own the professional services pipeline ensuring the successful delivery of major projects that are a part of our B2B enterprise product, Content Value Management (CVM),  across a number of clients and time zones.

As a keen problem-solver, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop methodologies that continue to enhance project delivery and client adoption. You will provide leadership and oversight to project team members in order to drive an efficient and methodical approach to product and solution delivery.

What will you do?

  • Accountable for a varied portfolio of projects across multiple Customers
  • Responsible for ensuring end-to-end successful delivery of major Projects (for e.g., starting from Sales-to-Services transition to implementation by Engineering to Client hypercare/adoption, and eventually transition to steady-state Engagement Management)
  • Responsible for key project decisions and guiding successful client implementations, by acquiring platform proficiency and being actively involved in design decisions
  • Comprehend WMG solution design for new projects and provide direction to clients and project team alike
  • Assess project risks and formulate mitigation plans with project managers
  • Ensure project governance compliance by project managers
  • Responsible for ensuring collaboration with internal Whip Media teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Responsible for ongoing management of SOW delivery including revenue milestones 
  • Lead senior stakeholder project meetings (internally and externally)
  • Manage project budgets for entire portfolio 
  • The day-to-day management of a team including project managers, business analysts and others

What do you need?

  • 10 + years of demonstrated professional work experience, including top-tier consulting, SaaS implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Client relationships and priorities effectively
  • Background with working in global markets required
  • Experience with implementing projects with complex data integrations and product customizations
  • Strong technical aptitude to comprehend solution designs, challenges and risks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with implementing delivery methodologies and project governance, via a disciplined approach to product and solutions delivery
  • Ability to identify process improvements as multiple projects are executed
  • Experience with iterative large-scale Enterprise SaaS implementations
  • Experience with supply chain, finance and/or rights solutions is a plus
  • Experience with managing (and/or partnering with) large professional services organizations across time zones/regions
  • M&E and Content Licensing Industry experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter capable of working with a global mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence, and ability to persuade and motivate team members across a broad variety of job functions by building strong relationships

We are always hiring in our Whip hubs of New York City, Los Angeles and London where we currently have corporate offices - but for specific roles where we are open to hiring remotely - we can hire in Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Texas, Washington, Kentucky, Minnesota and North Carolina.
