The role

The Director of Talent Acquisition will deliver an unparalleled candidate and hiring experience for prospective team members, and help to grow and develop our current workforce. As the Director of Talent, you will focus on the full Talent lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, to performance management and beyond.  

The successful candidate will be excited about building and growing a recruiting team. You will be responsible for process improvement, employer brand development, iterating on current infrastructure, and growing the capabilities of talent team.

How you’ll contribute to #OneTeam

  • Standardize and lead all talent acquisition for 13 (and counting) markets across the US, across all levels of seniority
  • Strategically help shape recruiting philosophy and processes, while also overseeing any relevant tool and technology implementation
  • Create strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring recruitment efforts align with organizational priorities and goals
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experience including communications, interviews, references, job offers, placement and initial onboarding
  • Provide thought leadership and action plans on topics like Diversity & Inclusion, and Total Compensation
  • Provide strategic and employee-first focus on talent and hiring decisions, performance management, and employee relations issues
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and our L&D team to develop internal growth and mobility planning
