Job Summary:

The Solutions Consultant provides technical leadership on Reputation implementation projects. This person is primarily responsible for evaluating the customer's technical and functional requirements and for developing a sound architectural blueprint in line with their business goals. As an experienced practitioner, the Enterprise Solution Architect will advise customers on best practices for implementing Online Reputation Management within large Enterprise customers globally.

This person will be an influencer and thought leader and will also possess the in-depth technical expertise and credibility to provide detailed guidance to the implementation team. The Enterprise Solution Architect will perform hands-on activities as required to ensure project success.

The Solutions Consultant will form relationships with senior stakeholders and drive a solution architecture delivery roadmap for multi-phase transformation projects. Will become the trusted Solution Architecture Advisor to the technology and business leaders on customer projects, brings to bare the lessons learned and experiences, Product and Engineering Managers to secure success customer go-lives and achievement of business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Draw upon experience working at the enterprise level to deliver multiple complex solutions and successfully drive the engagement team towards an optimal solution.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
  • Enable customer and partners to successfully integrate Reputation platform into the customer's ecosystem.
  • Ensure that projects remain on-time and on-budget, while delivering within the scope defined in the Statement of Work.
  • Address scope creep through change order management in a proactive manner.
  • Facilitate large group meetings with diverse sets of project stakeholders.
  • Communication and confirmation/selling to executive level sponsorship, both on the customer side and within Reputation.
  • Translate requirements into functional design documents and review and critique both functional and technical designs.
  • Lead teams of consultants, developers and additional Solution Architects.
  • Develop training materials and conduct end-user training.
  • Create End To End Process flows that describe each step involved to complete a specific functional task.
  • Develops solutions and level of effort estimates for work in support of new and existing business.
  • Is expected to become as an internal (Subject Matter Expert) SME in one or more Reputation technical domains.
  • Remain technically curious and learn new technologies and functionality that push the capabilities of the Reputation platform.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 10 plus years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience in the same or similar occupation.
  • 10 plus years of customer-facing solution delivery and/or business consulting experience.
  • Experience with solution implementation in the area of Automotive.
  • Experience delivering multiple moderate to complex technical solutions at the enterprise level and an understanding of the foundational cycles of solution implementation.
  • Experience reviewing and critiquing both functional and technical designs.
  • Experience conducting requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients and developing training materials and end-user training.
  • Travel to Customer site (<25%), however may be higher or lower based on the customer engagement.
